Y300 – Benton Ferguson girl reading bookplate
This design, showing a young girl engrossed in reading, is one of about a dozen created by Saturday Review illustrator Benton Ferguson. The series, called the “Young Moderns,” was introduced by the Antioch Bookplate Company in the 1950s. Out of print for years, Bookplate Ink has brought back three of the designs. The “ex libris” text at the top means “from the library of.”
This design is 4 inches high and 3 inches wide. It will be custom printed with the name or text of your choice on white, non-glossy, self-adhesive paper with a peel-off backing. The paper, adhesive, and ink are archival quality and acid-free.
